Key Responsibility

• Transforming data into business insights
• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions
• Producing understandable and actionable reports with recommendations on how best to put data analytics in use
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures, as well as providing valid validation checking
• Leading team and ensure reports and data accuracy
• Supporting both internal i.e. Product Team and external e.g. Nielsen, for KPIs, reporting and analytics
• Finding opportunities for improvement across multiple Projects, Teams and Product Categories
• Keeping up on data industry trends and recommend or apply new tools
• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best
• Other assignments as it deems appropriate

Qualification

• Minimum 3-5 years of extensive experience in Reporting and Analytics
• Experience working in retail industry would be advantage
• Numerical, Analytical and business skills
• Data visualization skills
• Attention to details
• Good interpersonal skill and service minded
• Logical thinking
• High commitments towards tasks and timeline
• Effective communication skills
• Decision making & prioritizing job tasks
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI
• Project Management skill is a plus
• Agile, adaptive, and initiative skills
