Key Responsibility

• Support performance media and site operations manager on administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
• Pull data from different media platform on a daily or weekly basis and consolidate data in prepared template
• Summary Facebook, Instagram, Line Lap and TikTok performance (e.g. creative)
• Brief AW with content team, then provide them to agency and ensure all materials submitted in a timely manner
• Proceed quotation approval for PO process and track actual spendings
• Observe competitors marketing activities, channel utilization and market trend for comparisons and enhancements
• Employ online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages
• Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
• Other assignment as deems appropriate

• Online/E-commerce/O2O
• Knowledge of Media Platform and MarTech
• Experience in Media and Digital Marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
• Experience in Media and Digital Marketing
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
• Understanding of advanced marketing principles
• Knowledge of Media Platform and MarTech is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and suggest actionable insight
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of latest market trends and social media marketing techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and thriving for challenge
