Corporate Brand Marketing - Manager (E-Commerce Business)
atCP Axtra PCL (Lotus's)Key Responsibility
- YOU will be Marketing Focal point of O2O brand communication area(Including Application , Shop online and myLotus's) The ultimate goal is driving Brand awareness, Traffic, Customer KPI and Brand KPI. You will lead and develop brand plan and implementation that right with business direction from Business team
- Ensuring the brief for communication work are clear, robust, rooted in customer insight, a true translation of the key customer propositions and of exceptional quality.
- Ensuring that I get the very best out of all communication agencies I work with, managing briefing/creative judgement, feedback process and production processes.
- Ensuring clear KPI's to track performance of Communication assets/campaigns and ability to take in flight action based on this tracking to improve performance of assets where required.
- Managing the budget and forecasting of all communications assets production & ongoing commitment to efficiencies where applicable.
Short term & Mid-term
Successfully and through creating Awareness and Hit campaign objective e.g. Download , Traffic , Attribute , etc for assigned campaign
Long term
Build Application , Lotus's Shop online and myLotus's strong brand identity and visibility across all communication channels to reach our target customers and potential customers. Finally, being TOM in Shop online and Loyalty program
Qualifications
High caliber and fast growing talent who has 4 - 6 Years from High pressure & Fast-moving environment Business with position around :
- Campaign manager
- Digital campaign marketing manager
- MarCom / Brand communication (preferred E-Com business)
- Account Director from agency (with strategic background)
- Brand manager
- Understanding of retail and online business
- Deliver inspiring briefs and feedback - Expert
- Develop impactful omnichannel comms - Expert
- Manage cross functional & rally the troop - Expert
- High-level presentation - Skilled
- Craft a distinctive brand positioning - Skilled
- Generate engaging concepts - Skilled
- Develop a consistent brand expression Skilled
- Turn data into actionable insight - Skilled
- Retail & E-commence knowledge Understand
