We are looking for a motivated area manager to oversee at least 2-3 retail stores throughout Thailand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the overall profit performance, ensuring quality consistency across each individual location and improve customer service and in-store experience.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets across all assigned store locations.

• Monitor financial performance, analyze business metrics, and drive regional KPIs.

• Recruit, coach, and develop Store Managers to build high-performing teams.

• Ensure compliance with brand standards, Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies, including localized marketing and competitor analysis.

• Coordinate with landlords, third-party logistics providers, warehouses, and the Head Office.

• Manage the regional P&L to maximize profitability and control operating costs.

• Set operational goals and performance expectations for assigned stores.

• Oversee store operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across the region.

• Lead and motivate Store Managers to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent store standards.

• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Analyze customer insights to improve store operations, customer experience, and sales performance.

• Provide recommendations to the Head Office to drive operational improvements and customer experience initiatives.

• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and respond quickly to changes.

• Ensure Visual Merchandising is commercial, on-brand, and delivers an easy-to-shop customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing multiple retail stores in Thailand; experience in the fast fashion industry is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of retail operations, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry.

• Proven leadership and people management skills, with a successful track record of achieving sales and business targets.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and operational performance.

• Ability to lead teams through change and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.

• Good understanding of fashion trends, strong commercial awareness, and hands-on Visual Merchandising knowledge.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
