Administration and Human Resource Officer (พนักงานธุรการฝ่ายบุคคล)

- ดูแลกระบวนการรับสมัคร ทดสอบและสัมภาษณ์พนักงานใหม่
- จัดทำเงินเดือน ประกันสังคม และดูแลกระบวนการประเมินพนักงาน
- จัดทำการสั่งซื้อตาม PR ของทุกแผนก/ออกใบสั่งซื้อ
- สรรหาและคัดเลือก Supplier เพื่อทำการจัดซื้อ จัดจ้างให้ตรงความต้องการ
- รับผิดชอบงานจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดูแลสวัสดิการพนักงาน เช่นเครื่องแบบพนักงาน อาหาร ที่พัก ฯลฯ
- ประสานงานกับทุกหน่วยงาน ในการจัดกิจกรรมและการการสื่อสารต่างๆทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท
- จัดเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดกิจกรรม รวมทั้งเสริมสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดีในการปฏิบัติงาน
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- เพศชาย หรือหญิง อายุ 25 -35 ปี
- จบปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านสายงานนี้โดยตรง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้าน พรบ.คุ้มครองแรงงานฯ พรบ.คนพิการฯ และ พรบ.ประกันสังคม ฯลฯ
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ( Ms Office: Word,Excel and Powerpoint)
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและประสานงาน
