The company is a designing, merchandising, sales, marketing and distributing of several brands of apparel and lifestyle products such as ESPADA, EP, ESP, Rock Express, LTD, F Fashion VonDutch and Onitsuka Tiger. The company's products are available for blouse, shirt, pants, jeans knitting and sneakers. Due to our rapid expansion, we are looking for energetic and capable candidates to join our successful team.

• Analyze and forecast the sales, gathering the sales figure to Sales&Operation Manager
• Be alert, investigate and following up what the competitors are doing including the customers of our competitors as well
• Propose next year target and sales planning to Sales&Operation Manager
• Distribute target each month and reach the target to team in each zone
• Promotion planning propose to the Sales&Operation Manager
• Checking the promotion every step and be ready to solve any problems that may occur
• Motivate the team to reach the target
• Manage and ensure the team to follow the rules and policies of the company
• Train and develop Area Supervisor and the sales team
• Manage and control the team to work effectively

• Male / Female, age upper 30 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management or any related filed.
• Minimum 3-5 years in sales and marketing.
• Experiences in fashion or retail business.
• Able to communication as well and good personality.
• Good team management.
