- Manage Compensation & Benefits
- Ensures the employees compensation and benefits resembles the market level and company grading structure, motivates employees to be interested in reaching the company goals
- Annual budget plan for salary, welfare and control budget as planned
- Employee Relation & Communication
- Liaising with the relax committee regarding employee relations activities
- Employee relationship and counselling
- Control and prepare rules and regulations, code of conduct are in accordance with labor laws and review up to date
- Communication with Department of Labor
- Disciplinary Actions
- Administration
- Manage the execution of human resource supporting services
- Office maintenance and procurement
- Bachelor's or higher degree in related field
- At least 7 years experiences in Human Resources
- Good command of English in writing and speaking are advantage
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Labor laws knowledge skills
