Responsibilities:-
- Lead the marketing, communications and public relations team, at the strategic and tactical levels across Thailand market
- Responsible for the achievement of marketing, communications and public relations mission, goals and financial objectives
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations strategies that support the delivery of local E-commerce's objectives
- Accountable for the overall key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing strategies
- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
- Build and oversee an incredible all-round team which consists of Marketing, PR and Communication team
Requirements:-
- At least 12 years of experience in marketing preferably in FMCG or e-commerce
- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business administration, or other related fields
- Good teamwork, good team management, and having ability to lead a small team
- Strategic, Agile, Opportunistic, Innovative, and Net-savvy
- Initiative and Flexible
- Keens on numbers with high analytical skill
- Good planning and managing performance of self, Good time management
- Work well under pressure and fast paced environment
- Fluent command in English
