Job Description

Job responsibilities

• To manage IT category Sourcing including Strategic & opportunity assessment, sourcing strategy

• To take lead and/or support client user , These include supplier analysis and the entire competitive sourcing process.

• To take lead in supplier negotiation in both sourcing process and any cost saving initiatives . Able to plan and execute negotiation strategy ,knowing priorities and alternatives.

• Perform purchasing procedures/issuing of tenders, purchasing documents/handle related processes.

• Coordinate with requester and suppliers to conclude both technical and commercial parts with best solution.

• Price analysis, alternative analysis, commercial negotiation and contract management.

• Present alternatives with recommendation for approval and prepare approval documents.

• Supplier performance evaluation / Supplier relationship.

• To report on savings of all sourcing project deliverable.

• Study and follow the IT Technology trend, strategic planning with requester client in procurement of products and services to support the IT Telecom business.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in IT and business field such as Economics, Logistic, Supply chain management, Operations management, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistical analysis or related fields.

• Negotiation skill, Decision making, Telecom industry knowledge.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experiences in purchasing works, preferable in telecom industry or related business.

• IT Knowledge is preferable.

• Able to communicate in English language both writing and speaking, Computer skill.

• SAP knowledge is preferable
