Job Summary
- Lead a team of Product Experts providing consultancy services to the teams in Professional Services, Customer Success, Pre-Sales and Support.
- Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
- Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge digital platform solutions
- Ensures that digital platform solutions is delivered as committed with the expected features and functions and within the committed timeframe
- Design, develop and execute digital platform solutions to address business issues
- Manages the activities of a team with responsibility for results including costs, methods and staffing
- Analyze and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements
- Monitor progress and health of opportunity pipeline. Develop account plans how to grow and expand opportunities.
- Work closely with our partners to track and pursue joint opportunities.
- Work with Sales and Client Services Teams to prepare and support sales pursuits.
- Work with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to support consultative delivery needs.
- Create accurate work estimates for digital strategy deliverables
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as ICT Sales Manager or ICT Presale Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Technical background, with experience in ICT products
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, analytical and critical thinking skills and networking abilities.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
- Ability to remain professional.

Requirements
