Performing fault handling and preliminary troubleshooting (SAP Consult)Job Description
Job Descriptions :
- Performing fault handling and preliminary troubleshooting
- Solving customer complaints and disputes
- Supporting routine activities related to SAP system
- Supporting Fault SAP E2E Process flow related with legacy system
- Monitoring SAP service performance
- Constructing analysis reports and business reports
- Providing suggestions to solutions and projects
- Seeking opportunity in improvement in system performance and service quality and automation
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT
- At least 8 years of experiences in SAP operations or SAP consult
- High English efficiency, Strong analytical skill, Able to work under pressure, and Service mind
