- Promote strong regulatory compliance into the company's culture
- Provide regulatory advice and assess compliance risks associated with the existing and new products, services or any other business initiatives to ensure that departments develop appropriate risk mitigation measures in relation thereto
- Oversight and monitor regulatory compliance risks
- Conduct regulatory compliance training for employees
- Create and/or update regulatory compliance policies, procedures or guidelines (if necessary)
