Job Description
- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
- Manage sales activities of partners as well as forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.

- Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Budget and investment analysis to provide the sales forecast to the business development team.
- Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
- Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives
- Lead the analysis of market data, product trends, customer trends to assess sales growth opportunities.
- Evaluate key trends in the EdTech market eco-system and identify emerging trends to shape the future of engage product.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computing | Marketing | Business or any relevant field Program.
- 5+ years of proven SaaS sales experience, including Enterprise Sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas. MarTech experience is a plus.
- Strong pipeline tracking and management abilities.
- Well versed with mobile marketing eco-system and the trends.
- Self-starter who works proactively to navigate large organizations and identify potential opportunities.
- Ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inside sales, product marketing, growth, customer success and product.
- Outstanding verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders.
