Business Process Analyst
atAdvanced Info Service PCL. (AIS)- Understand business trend and corporate strategic direction to design, align and improve E2E business processes that enable LOB achieving their business goals and come up with a corporate goal.
- Provide consulting to process owner and LOB regarding correct approach to achieve process improvement objectives.
- Assess key business processes after deployment for a period of time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, study and analyze gaps for improvement.
- Establish process related policies, standards, governance, and methodologies. Adopt a process culture and build a coalition to move process improvement forward.
- Study new BP techniques and tools, select appropriate techniques to apply for corporate.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in MBA, MIS, IACT, IE, Computer Science, Apply Statistics, IT Management.
- – 5 years' experience in business process design, lead project the related BPM.
- years' experience in process improvement / system & operation development / computer audit.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting, business strategic, business process management tool and methodology and new service (Cloud/VDO/Game/E-Commerce/M2M).
- Initiative, good analytical and communication skill.
