Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team
  • Prepare proposals and contracts
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events
  • Handle client correspondence and follow up on inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records in the sales system
  • Assist with site inspections and client visits
  • Support sales activities, promotions, and campaigns as assigned
  • Prepare and submit assigned sales reports accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude, service-minded, and team-oriented
  • Flexible with working hours as required by hotel operations
