The candidate will execute their individual job responsibilities integrated with the overall company structure and business strategies. The individual's efforts should at all times be aligned with the business purpose and objectives of the company, in so far as business plans are known to the individual.

• Development of out of home (OOH) media sites, including renewal of existing site agreements as well as sourcing and negotiating new sites
• Liaison with the relevant authorities for permits and licences for OOH sites
• Management of the partnerships between Plan B Media and their local business partners, in the Philippines
• Market study and investigation to source additional business ideas and opportunities
• Gaining recognition and acceptance for Plan B to be a valid bidder for OOH Media concession tenders and similar business prospects such as airports, mass transit, etc
• Looking for acquisition or other partnering possibilities to grow the company in scale and diversity

• Preferred BA but vocational diploma will be considered
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Marketing, Property and Engineering sectors will be considered

• Verbal: Ability to understand, explain and engage discussions, at senior level, with department managers as well as Company directors
• Presentation: Ability to prepare and present business development presentations and to proof read, edit and confirm business agreements and similar formal documents
• Numerate: The candidate should be numerate, to the extent of being able to create and check financial proposals and understand the commerciality of business deals
• Forecasting: To understand the role of business projections and be able to provide supporting information for budgeting and related financial analysis.
