Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementation & delivery network solution (Cisco, Fortinet and other)

• Act as IT Specialist for remote / onsite support customer
• Able to manage and control task in hand or any assigned relevant network project
• Catch up current knowledge of Hardware, Software, and Network technology and able to pass assigned products certificates.
• Eager to learn and support any new assigned IT product/ up-to-date technology

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT related fields.
• At least 3 years experience in IT service or IT support
• Experience or knowledge in Network Solution
• Good command in spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Owned IT certification is an advantage.
• Fast learning, high responsibility, self-management, positive attitude and pro-active.
