• Respond to and resolve first-level IT support tickets efficiently.
• Assist users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related fields.
• 0-4 year experience in IT helpdesk, IT support, Call support or User management support on AD.
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management processes.
• Problem-solving skills to address IT issues effectively.
• Skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networking basics and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
