Strategy & Special Projects Senior Associate
atGrabGet to know the Role:
Country Strategy & Special Projects team is a crucial function of Grab Thailand to formulate country strategies and drive strategic initiatives from planning to execution.
This role is a combination of strategic thinking and project management to drive Grab forward.
The day-to-day activities:
Develop a winning strategy for Grab Thailand and support other teams/functions to deliver key business results (both financial and non-financial)
Formulate a strategic framework to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, and make recommendations
Lead strategic initiatives from upstream to downstream
Serve as a thought partner for Country Head and senior leaders to drive business growth
Conduct analysis and research with respect to market dynamics
The must haves:
A Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record
Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in consulting/strategy roles
Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of managing strategic projects with senior stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with SQL/R/Python is a plus
Excellent communication in English
