The GrabExpress team is a young dynamic team responsible for GrabExpress business growth in a rapidly changing and highly competitive environment. We create an impact by offering fast and reliable delivery service that can help unlock their business potentials for our users, which include individual users, social sellers and partners. Our team is made up of young talented individuals with a can-do mindset.

Get to know the Role
GrabExpress is an on-demand and same-day delivery service where you can send everyday items such as food, parcels, and documents to a destination with real-time tracking. Strategy & Planning role will help formulate strategy and lead initiatives to accelerate the business growth.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Develop a winning strategy for GrabExpress and support business units P&L to deliver key business results (both financial and non-financial)
• Monitor business performance and make recommendations on a wide range of business issues
• Work closely across different teams to manage the daily business operations
• Lead strategic projects from upstream to downstream

• Serve as a thought partner for teams to drive growth
  

The Must-Haves:

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record
• 0-2 years of work experience is preferred
• Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with SQL/R/Python is a plus
• Strong communication in English
