Associate - Regional Commercial Operations (Grab for Business)

The day-to-day activities:
- Identify growth initiatives and new business opportunity for Grab
- Lead and project manage end-to-end initiatives from concept ideation, go-to-market strategy and operational execution
- Projects range from strategic campaigns to drive awareness of Grab, expand service areas, grow strong presence amongst each customer segment
- Manage reporting and analysis of each initiative, evaluate effectiveness from all success metrics
- Handle ad-hoc queries, requests, issues from drivers, customers and other internal departments in a timely manner
