You will be a member of the Driver operations and Community team which is one the core functions of managing supply over 100K across the country. We have taken care of our drivers since day one and ensure "Best in class Driver platform experience". Get to know the role:
Role is a balance of strategy-operation, analytics, and stakeholder management on partner acquisition in all Grab ex-BKK cities (All verticals: Bike, Car) - leading day-to-day coordination with related parties i.e., Driver operation, Marketing, Expansion and Community management team to grow the supply.

The day-to-day activities:
  • Lead the driver acquisition function to support rapid growth in expansion cities
  • Initiate strategies and execution plans for driver acquisition to maintain healthy supply and secure drivers
  • Create campaigns, operation flows and incentives to attract potential leads and convert them to be drivers
  • Identify the parameters to track performance and create monitoring criteria as well as tracking dashboards to present to the management
  • Budget management - optimize spending by allocating budget among channels
  • Build presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable data driven decision making
The must haves:
  • A minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in business related fields, management consulting or technology firms
  • Strong in both operational and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL is preferred
  • Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
  • Ability to see big picture while not losing sight of details
  • A start-up attitudes! – willing to work hard to get things done
