Get to know the role:
Role is a balance of strategy-operation, analytics, and stakeholder management on partner acquisition in all Grab ex-BKK cities (All verticals: Bike, Car) - leading day-to-day coordination with related parties i.e., Driver operation, Marketing, Expansion and Community management team to grow the supply.
The day-to-day activities:
- Lead the driver acquisition function to support rapid growth in expansion cities
- Initiate strategies and execution plans for driver acquisition to maintain healthy supply and secure drivers
- Create campaigns, operation flows and incentives to attract potential leads and convert them to be drivers
- Identify the parameters to track performance and create monitoring criteria as well as tracking dashboards to present to the management
- Budget management - optimize spending by allocating budget among channels
- Build presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable data driven decision making
The must haves:
- A minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in business related fields, management consulting or technology firms
- Strong in both operational and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of SQL is preferred
- Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
- Ability to see big picture while not losing sight of details
- A start-up attitudes! – willing to work hard to get things done
