Get to know the Role :

We are looking for a Sales Development Specialist , acquiring high potential B2B client to offer GrabForBusiness solutions and GrabGifts. We believe a successful candidate has experience in B2B sales/ key account management with sales and negotiation skills but if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way.

This role is required because we want to get high sales skills person who would help us expand hyper growth 10X in B2B business for Grab. In return, you will get an opportunity to learn more in consultative selling skill and key account management in B2B business platform

The day-to-day activities :

  • You will Assist the Key Account Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Grab for Business, and GrabGifts
  • You will drive Identify and close opportunities within the assigned key accounts portfolio
  • You are responsible for perform regular call out to leads and offer Grab for Business solutions and GrabGifts to existing or potential customers
  • Generate new outbound business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales channels
  • Deal with inbound leads and achieve a high conversion rate
  • You support the Key Account Manager to provide administrative, operational and escalation support for the assigned key accounts portfolio
  • You are accountable for enter information relating to accounts, leads, opportunities and accounts on Salesforce
  • You make an impact by build rapport with customers within the tele business environment, and ensure assigned accounts are being serviced properly, as well as, upsell solutions to the assigned regional key accounts portfolio

The must haves :

  • You have experience a t least 1 year working experience in a B2B Sales/ tele business / telesales environment
  • You are experienced in cold call pitching and/ or managing B2B clients in Thailand
  • You have good command in Thai and English (Both written and speaking)
  • You have some/strong/extensive working knowledge of Sales and negotiation skill
  • Comfortable to start with a temporary contract first
