This is a unique role that offers an incredible opportunity for the right person to join the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) team at the heart of Grab Thailand. This role focuses on maintaining and improving Grab Thailand branding presence and relevance among merchants, drivers and consumers by initiating projects stemming from Grab's vision.
Get to know the team:
Grab's Integrated Marketing Communications team is responsible for social media & KOLs, creative work, in-app optimization, stakeholders branding and marketing communications. This role will be a key jigsaw in leading Grab's in-app optimization and result-oriented branding projects in line with the corporate vision.

Get to know the Role:
This role is a mid-senior role looking after OneGrab Branding in the eyes of consumers, drivers, merchants and government parties with 4 direct reports and reports directly to the Head of Integrated Marketing Communications. We are looking for someone with a strong marketing strategy background - preferably from FMCGs or strategic planning roles in agencies. With Grab's fast paced environment, you will need to be able to plan the strategy while navigating through the chaos and taking hands-on actions in a timely manner. You need to demonstrate analytical thinking and share project ROI to key stakeholders. The successful candidate should adapt well to the change or unexpected situations and be able to lead the team of 6.
The day-to-day activities:
  • Define marketing and branding strategy for OneGrab with the ultimate goal of driving Public Love
  • Drive the positive imagaries of Grab Thailand in accordance with corporate vision
  • Manage in-app & Grab's website strategies and activities to continuously optimize owned platform results
  • Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimise in between campaign activities.
  • Manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
  • Work with all key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, media buying, events , etc. for Grab.
  • Work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to drive insight into how consumers are using our platform and translate these insights into innovative campaigns. Success metrics for the role:
  • Drive in-app matrix
  • Drive brand imagery
  • Drive stakeholders' NPS (Net Promoted Score)
The must haves:
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2C marketing experience.
  • FMCG/agency or consulting background is preferred
  • Commercial acumen - ability to develop strategy based on strong understanding of key business needs.
  • Problem solving mindset - anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions.
  • Team / project management - effective management of people and resources. Ability to cascade clarity around priorities and targets.
  • Familiar with the entire marketing mix – you have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activation. You must also have a clear understanding of how to plan an end-to-end marketing roll out for new campaigns e.g. product launches, consumer campaigns, merchant campaigns etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Thailand market, deep understanding of consumer insights and media landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
  • Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven: Able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan. Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful marketing campaign execution.
  • Resourceful and creative: Knack for identifying great marketing creative. You work well with creative people, knowing how they need to be briefed and managed in order to deliver the most impactful creative work.
  • Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint. Familiar with remote working/collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Zoom & Slack
