Get to know the Role:
We are looking for Growth Strategy & Special Projects Associate to leading growth planning and execution along with special projects and programs that cut across different functions within the organization; with at least 1.5 years of experience in consulting firms, tech startups, E-commerce, Investment banking, or relevant experiences.
In this role, you will be working with diverse stakeholders from different teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, etc) so good communication and leadership skills will serve you well. As this function also requires you to manage and think through different business and operating models, an entrepreneurial mindset is a must.
The Day-to-day Activities:
Growth Planning : Initiate growth framework as a solution to various challenges. You should be able to start working on something from scratch but data analysis and business understanding will be your vital tools.
Driving Growth: Once you have a solid growth framework, you must be able to collaborate with all relevant stakeholders and fine tune with them with the team. Monitoring your initiatives after it rolled out is also required.
Growth performance reviews & reporting: Take a data-led approach to understanding the performance and underlying drivers of Grab's growth, and lead business reporting to senior leadership
Special Projects: Own and strategically drive Grab transport special projects and exploit opportunities to capture the net new growth
The Must-Haves:
- A Bachelor's Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, and or similar fields
- At least 1.5 years of experience in consulting firms, tech startups, E-commerce, Investment banking, or relevant experiences
- A passion to solve problems, with strong quantitative, creative, data analysis and project management skills
- Great understanding of business that allow you to make the right decisions
- Ability to work independently and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team environment
- Working knowledge of SQL is preferred but not essential
