Get to know the Role:

This role serves as a key member of the Grab Financial Group Leadership Team and leads the Payments and Rewards vertical in GFG TH. The successful leader must be equally adept at both strategy and operations, and be accountable for the vertical's targets, budgets and P&L.

Leadership

  • Build, lead and coach teams, including Consumer Growth, Payments and Rewards Partnership.

  • Build a culture that strongly aligns with Grab's Vision, Mission and Principles and promote positive social impact through financial inclusion

  • Run a licensed payment entity and manage P&L with understanding of financial services operations, funds flow, settlement, banking system and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Commercial & Strategic Partnerships

  • Lead the development of payment and loyalty partnerships with external business partners

  • Manage financial institutions & scheme partners by operating revenue metrics

  • Lead commercials and manage P&L, budget, operating metrics and joint business plan of co-branded products with key partners (GrabPay Wallet powered by KBank, Citi Grab Cobranded Credit Card)

  • Portfolio planning and indirect account management for low-to-medium touch partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end execution of partnership-led initiatives including legal, finance, marketing & operations

Growth

  • Grow cashless payments in the Grab ecosystem and beyond, identify growth opportunities by aligning with business vertical's objectives

  • Initiate new growth ideas and come up with optimal execution between customer experiences and system capabilities.

  • Manage budget allocation and track cost from initiatives in collaboration with cross vertical functions
