Human Resources Trainee
atAsphere Innovations (Asiasoft)การจัดการข้อมูลและรายงาน:
- ตรวจสอบและดูแลความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในระบบ HRIS
- สร้างและจัดทำรายงานต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
การรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล:
- ดูแลและรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลพนักงานในระบบ HRIS
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการข้อมูล
การทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ:
- ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับฝ่าย HR, IT, และผู้ให้บริการระบบภายนอก เพื่อให้ระบบ HRIS ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
- รับฟังและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการทางธุรกิจที่สามารถปรับปรุงด้วยการใช้ระบบ HRIS
