Your key responsibilities

Recruitment

  • To manage campus recruiting for entry level staff and intern positions.
  • To assist Recruiters to arrange interview session, conduct test with shortlisted candidates and coordinate with interviewers to arrange the interview.
  • To manage/prepare Pre-Employment processes and Onboarding process for new joiners.
  • To be in charge with administration processes including documentation of any related HR matters.


Enablement

  • To initiate and support the company events and activities.
  • To prepare people report and conduct an analysis on monthly basis or ad-hoc upon request by Talent Team and Service Lines.
  • To provide other supports related to HR department.


Skills and attributes for success


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Master / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel functions and formulas.
  • Good command both Thai and English
  • Detail oriented


Ideally, you'll also have

  • Good Interpersonal and relationship management.
  • Be enthusiastic, initiative, and friendly.
  • Analytical skill
  • Presentation skill
  • Labor law knowledge
