Import and Export Executive
atELCA (Thailand) Ltd. - Estee Lauder Group- Manage Import and Export Shipments from and to various sources via cost and time effectiveness
- Ensure Import, Export and Customs Clearance Process compliance with International and Thai Law & Regulations
- Communicate Shipment Alert to all concerns
- Manage Import & Export Shipment Information & Document filing
- Prepare monthly management report with commentary
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management or any other related field
- Preferable over 3 years of experience in import-export
- Effective written, verbal and presentational communication skills
- Required Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V-Look up), Microsoft Word; Power Point as well as SAP
- Analytical skills to comprehend complex regulations and perform data analysis
- Able to work under pressure, pro-active & highly organized
- Good command of English
