- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายนอกและภายในองค์กร
- กำกับดูแลและตรวจสอบกระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยให้มีทั้งประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
- เพศหญิง เท่านั้น
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา (นิติศาสตร์รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ มีการอบรมงานให้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะการสื่อสาร สามารถติดต่อประสานงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความมั่นใจในตัวเองกล้าแสดงออก อดทนและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน
- สามารถใช้ Software สำนักงานขั้นพื้นฐานได้ดี
