สิ่งแรกที่ดี คือ การได้รับโอกาสที่ดีในการทำงาน สิ่งต่อมา คือเงินเดือนที่ดีกว่าที่เดิมที่ออกกมา (ไม่มากไป แค่พออยู่ได้) และเงินเดือนปรับขึ้นทุกปี แต่ไม่มีโบนัสนะ เพราะเป็นสัญญาจ้าง มีเลี้ยงสังสรรค์ทุกปี ประสบการณ์ตรงหาได้จากการเรียนรู้หน้างานล้วนๆ มีพี่เลี้ยงแค่เอาไว้คอยต้อนเราไม่ให้ผิดระเบียบของบริษัทลูกค้า หรือคอยอบรมเราเวลาลูกค้าบ่น
