Attraction Marketing Manager

atMerlin Entertainments (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
  • Formulate and ensure implementation of marketing activities are inconsistency with corporate brand policies or agreeable
  • Develop annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the annual budget are devolved
  • Develop communication materials by working with advertising agency for key hero projects and other general materials
  • Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR
  • Plan and implement customer retention and development programs
  • Seek any potential channels to create brand awareness and growth the business
  • Achieve frequency, timely and positive media coverage across all purchased media
  • Analyze technical marketing potential for media channels expansion
  • Ensure that each key marketing campaign will get full visibilities in vicinity where attraction located
  • Work closely with Sale team to support in terms of communication materials for travel agent, hotel, school program, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
  • Male or female, 28-35 years old.
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences
  • Strong knowledge and experience of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to work under tight timelines and pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work with cross functional teams in and outside of Thailand.
  • Very accurate & trustworthy person with good communication.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good command of English skills (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
