Supply Chain Transformation Manager – Indochina Foods

Overview:
Role responsible for GBS transitions, design, change management, and governance. Lead the Indochina Foods (ICF) Supply Chain transformation work and program management.
Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities

1) Drive transformation program management and delivery for ICF BU Supply Chain, ensuring all project timelines and deliverables are met for each phase through working with Sector PMO and ICF SC leadership team.
  • Lead ICF SC R&A Automation : Eliminate, Standardize, Automate and offshore to GCC where possible. Represent ICF for project Canvas.
  • Lead GCC Transition : PMO, Change, Value Realization. Ensure seamless transition
  • ICF SC Digital Strategy working with ICF SC Team
2) Driving GBS CSC transitions with “fix and shift” approach - Lead the SC process sprint from pitching, design, workshop facilitation, best practice benchmarking, actions execution, hypercaring the progress, and continuously tracking the effectiveness. And ensure the deliverables meeting or exceeding the expectations. Process sprints will be one of key deliverables from this role.
3) Lead overall BU SC design and GBS transition processes
4) Coordinate across PepsiCo stakeholders (LT/Core Team / SME Team) to ensure timely delivery and program activity is on track. Drive regular cadence with Steerco and LT team on project milestones and key updates
5) During design event: coordinate consultant and navigate across the ICF SC organization and to sign-off on all deliverables. Point-of-contact for escalation once any risks/issues have been identified
6) Lead transformation workstreams to deliver relevant pre-conditions (Systems / Process) for GBS transition – Incl. project charters, timelines, and deliverables – and engage BU-GBS stakeholders to align expectations
7) Act as conduit and facilitate strong working relationships between BU-GBS Functional Leaders and establish appropriate governance framework for effective operating and performance reviews
8) Partner with BU-GBS to finalize an effective and efficient operating model that practically connects the work between the two entities and maintains operational alignment. Hold meetings and workshops with BU-GBS stakeholders to define and align on parameters
9) Partner with GBS and Function Leaders to complete Due Diligence workshops with the BU to achieve granular understanding of pre-requisites, complexities, deadlines, and controls for each process transitioning to GBS
10) Define SLA/OLAs framework, aligning BU-GBS stakeholders and ensuring operational pragmatism
11) Change Management to align roles & responsibilities, and to-be structure to retain operating effectiveness
12) Change Management with Function Leaders + HR to develop comprehensive change plans and drive acceptance and adoption of new operating model – incl. GBS handover training, training on new ways of working and impacted employee engagement

People Responsibilities

1) Rally key stakeholders of SC design and GBS transition (incl. timings & deliverables) and collaboratively drive required changes to ways of working
2) Guide and support GBS SC Tower Lead to effectively engage BU SC organization and deliver best results
3) Support recruitment, onboarding and mobilization of GBS SC new team
4) Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams
5) Participate in regular PMO calls to review transition progress and flag specific issues / opportunities
6) Drive comprehensive change management within Business team

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree minimum - Supply Chain related subjects
  • 6 years+ experience in Supply Chain management in FMCG, and with solid experience in project management and change management
  • Demonstrated success leading transformation and driving change
  • Needs to interface well in groups from different fuctions and levels, sometimes with conflicting agenda/priorities
  • Deep PepsiCo business knowledge, especially expert in SC working processes
  • Clear and concise with strong influencing ability, and change mindset.
  • Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multi-task, set priorities and plan
  • Sharp analytical skill to link strategies and objectives together to develop a plan
  • Ability to engage the right individuals in decisions in appropriate ways across the organization, and keeps them apprised of changes and progress toward aligned outcomes.
  • Flexibility, reliability and responsibility for the entrusted tasks.
  • Language skills English – business fluent
