Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new leasing opportunities across the company's retail properties to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximise occupancy rates and achieve rental income targets
• Negotiate and close commercial leasing agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring favourable terms for the company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, property agents and industry partners
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform leasing strategies and pricing decisions
• Lead and supervise the leasing team, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure targets are met
• Prepare leasing proposals, business plans and financial forecasts to support business development initiatives
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and retail dynamics to identify emerging leasing opportunities
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including property management, marketing and finance teams to align leasing strategies with overall business objectives
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant information and leasing performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail property leasing, new business development or commercial real estate
• Proven track record of successfully securing new leasing contracts and exceeding occupancy and revenue targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated ability to build long-term business relationships
• Excellent market knowledge and understanding of retail trends, tenant requirements and competitive landscape
• Proficiency in financial analysis, including ability to evaluate lease proposals and rental projections
• Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Strong communication skills in English and Thai (written and verbal)
• Exceptional organisational and project management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field
• Experience in the Thai retail market is highly desirable
