Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and select vendor to implement quality and cost effective based on company’s structure.
• Prepare or create reports such as sales & inventory, promotion, margin, vendor performance from raw database to support commercial team for business trade analysis
• Use own initiative to set up and develop reports with high accuracy based on user’s request.
• Analyze sales and inventory performance of assigned product.
• Provide/support the best practice standard working procedures
• Provide/support subcontractors performance review process with KPI’s and reporting
• Support audit for subcontractors to ensure the quality assurance
• Prepare volume forecast with vendors.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 1 - 5 years’ experience in merchandise, buyer, sourcing or related field.
• Experience in Retails, FMCG, Home appliance or related fields.
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills, planning skills, numerical skills.
• Well-organized, strong team player, adaptable to change and have good interpersonal skills.
• Can do SAP, advanced MS Excel and MS office.
• Good in English.
