- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการรับเงิน เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และการโอนเงิน เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
- บันทึกรายการรายได้และยอดลูกหนี้ในระบบบัญชี พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องในการบันทึกข้อมูล
- ติดตามยอดค้างชำระจากลูกค้า และประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือลูกค้าในการเรียกเก็บเงิน
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการจัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน
- ทำการกระทบยอดบัญชีลูกหนี้กับบัญชีแยกประเภท เพื่อให้ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้องและตรงกับความเป็นจริง
- รับฟังและจัดการกับข้อร้องเรียนหรือปัญหาจากลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการเรียกเก็บเงิน เพื่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการ
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือและร่วมมือในกระบวนการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนหรือประจำไตรมาส โดยตรวจสอบและสรุปยอดบัญชีลูกหนี้
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
