- เรียนรู้ระบบและทักษะในการบริหารงานด้านบุคลากร
- เพศชาย หรือ หญิง อายุ 20-32 ปี สัญชาติไทย
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- ชอบทำงานเป็นทีม และมีทัศนคติดี
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ และมีทักษะในการสื่อสารดี
- สามารถเดินทางดูงานต่างประเทศในระยะสั้นได้
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และชอบพัฒนาตัวเองอยู่เสมอ
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงาน ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
