Legal (Senior Officer)

atCentral Pattana PCL (CPN)
  • Proficiency in Corporate/Commercial Law.
  • Assist in ensuring that the operation of the company's business complies with laws and other prevalent regulatory provisions.
  • Draft, review and negotiate all legal agreements.
  • Consult all business units regarding all legal issues/questions
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Law.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial legal in law firm or in-house counsel
  • Experienced in draft and review international contracts and agreements would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, problem solving and time management skills
  • Excellent in interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Good command of the spoken and written English language
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Able to work independent and team.
