Deal Advisory - Legal M&A Consultant (Manager)

Overview: KPMG Thailand's Legal M&A team seeks an experienced legal professional to provide advisory services on domestic and international transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and documentation
- Drafting and reviewing transactional agreements including purchase contracts and shareholder agreements
- Coordinating large deal teams from due diligence through closing
- Conducting legal risk investigations and providing mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with finance, tax, and compliance teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
- 6-10 years experience at law firms or as in-house counsel
- M&A and restructuring expertise with business law knowledge
- Experience with finance-related agreements (ISDA, derivatives, guarantees)
- Strong English communication abilities
- Demonstrated client management capabilities
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Positive attitude and flexibility to change
