Your Role
You will be in charge for our demand – supply operation of SEA&NEA Sales Area. work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive adherence to the process and company policy. You will be a driver who drive continuous business improvement and system enhancement to achieve business excellence.

A Typical Day

Follow up delivery from suppliers as per supply & sales planning to ensure suppliers deliver on time
To approve shipment booking from suppliers with freight forwarder and verify all shipping documents to comply Free zone regulations in Thailand
To achieve Inbound KPI including Customs clearance process, inbound receiving process to warehouse, etc.
To coordinate with shipping brokers in Thailand when have import declaration issue from supplier's documentations
To manage insurance & damage claim of import shipment
To ensure that interface inbound data among SAP and warehouse system smoothly flow and coordinate with IT team to fix issues from interface data
To coordinate with suppliers about import shipment discrepancy, replacement shipment from suppliers, and coordinate with shipping broker for import entry amendment as per Free zone regulations in Thailand
Conduct department reports e.g. KPI tracking report, etc.
Enhance operations improvement process.
