Regional Learning and Engagement Manager, APAC & MEA

Your Role
The APAC & MEA Learning and Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for the training and professional development of Electrolux employees in our region. This role is critical to Electrolux mission to become an Employer of Choice in various markets within APAC & MEA by making the most out of our people's talents and help them develop to their full potential. The L&D Manager keeps a strong focus not just on what learner wants and needs, but strongly align programs to organization growth strategy and mission.
You will lead the delivery of our learning and development strategy to ensure a proactive approach L&D that truly reflect our purpose, principles and values and that fully talent diversity and talent growth.
In this role, you have to have strong customer-centric mindset, you have the agility to adapt to varying learning and development needs from different markets within APAC & MEA region. You will work closely with business man
agers, various leaders across the organization, HR specialists and HRBPs to ensure:

  • They have a strong understanding of what the APAC & MEA growth strategy and missions are and we co-create programs that are aligned with our strategy and missions
  • They have a full understanding of the various functional areas and their specific training requirements

A Typical Day
As regional learning and development manager, putting our clients (employees, people leaders, business leaders, and HRBPs) at the heart of our value-creation process is critical for your success in this role. Your days will be exciting working with stakeholders on the following:

  • Conduct learning needs analysis and facilitate skills gaps analysis
  • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the Electrolux growth strategy and missions
  • Embrace and implement various types of training, including eLearning, on-demand/in-time, live-online, and the traditional in-classroom delivery amongst others
  • Design and produce training materials, including elearning courses
  • Work with the Talent Director in planning both learning strategy, learning programs and budgets
  • Track regional learning budget, working with procurement team in negotiating learning contracts, and build relationships and manage 3rd party learning partners/vendors
  • Assess and measure the success of training programs and development plans to continuously improve and adapt to evolving talent requirements
  • Design and launch/execute staple curriculums for all employees (i.e. core behaviors, growth mindset)
  • Deliver staple learning curriculums
  • Manage the learning journey for newly hired and newly promoted people leaders
  • Strengthen learning and development function expertise and continuous process improvement; manage and develop learning team members
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies

You have to have a can-do attitude with excellent learning portfolio execution experience. You need to be confident in communicating and co-creating with senior business leaders, senior HR leaders and HRBPs.
In Electrolux, we encourage open communication at all levels and put emphasis in dealing with our customers as well as colleagues with integrity and respect. You will be working in Bangkok, Thailand office on on hybrid work arrangement and may be required to travel both domestic and international.
Who You Are

  • You have an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, MBA / Master's Degree preferred but not required
  • Certificate in Learning and Development Management / Project Management, preferred
  • At least 5 years as Learning and Development Manager (total of at least 10 years experience in Human Resource Management: HRBP and Talent Management background preferred)
  • Experience in designing and producing relevant training materials including eLearning courses while facilitating and delivering these programs
  • Experience in conducting training needs analysis and skills gap analysis

You should be someone agile, with strong leadership and influencing skills who has great interest in collaborating with various stakeholders. Someone with great communication who is a natural self-starter with an analytical mindset
You are expected to participate in special projects as requested by Electrolux management either as required by the business and/or as part or your career development plan.
