หน้าที่หลัก:
- รับผิดชอบในการจัดการและดูแลร้านของ adidas ในพื้นที่ต่างๆ ให้มีความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยและพร้อมให้บริการตลอดเวลา
- สร้างสรรค์ประสบการณ์การซื้อสินค้า และการบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยมให้กับลูกค้า
- ทำการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคลในร้าน ซึ่งรวมถึงการฝึกอบรม การบริหารจัดการ และการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับทีมงาน
- บริหารจัดการสต็อกสินค้าภายในร้าน และรักษามาตรฐานการจัดเลขสินค้าและการเติมเต็มสินค้า
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของร้านให้ผู้บริหารทราบ เพื่อการวางแผนและการตัดสินใจ
ทักษะ
คุณสมบัติ
และประสบการณ์:
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการร้านค้าปลีกอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารจัดการทีมงาน และการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้แก่ทีมงาน
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และการให้บริการลูกค้าที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ของลูกค้า และพัฒนากลยุทธ์ในการเพิ่มยอดขาย
- มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมสำนักงานต่างๆ
