atSiam Makro Pcl.Job Responsibilities
- Provide application services (functional and consult)
- Monitor Services, inform and record issue into system
- Coordinate with third parties or in-house team for solution within SLA time
- Analyst issue and be able to propose solution / work around
- Inform user once issue happen and resolution with ETA provide
- Support day-to-day operation and ensure that business can continues
- Monthly plan and update progress
- Be able to identify key success factor and Result driven
- Report issue, weekly report and update to Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engieering/ IT
- Experience with Store Application / Tools
- Experience with Point of Sales (POS)
- Strong Issue Analyst skill
- Good Communication skill and Interpersonal skill
- Can-do attitude and Positive Thinking
- Store, POS, Application
- Hard working and can-do attitude
- Good English
