Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Tech Stack Mastery: Demonstrate expertise in the NodeJS tech stack, understanding its intricacies and staying updated on the latest developments.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- YP+ Platform Development: Drive the development and maintenance of the YP+ (B2B E-commerce) platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and meets high-quality standards.
- Transition Management: Oversee the smooth transition from a vendor, taking charge of the technical aspects related to NodeJS development.
- Training and Skill Enhancement: Conduct training sessions for existing programmers, enhancing their proficiency in the NodeJS tech stack.
- Software Development in TMC: Develop and maintain software solutions within the Technology and Maintenance Center (TMC), ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Business Requirements Management: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Process Development: Contribute to the development of efficient business processes that align with organizational goals and support the evolving needs of stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders to address and incorporate their requirements into the YP+ platform, ensuring a comprehensive solution.
- Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing practices to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the developed applications.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, recommend new technologies, and drive innovation within the development team.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and configurations to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer and future enhancements.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address technical challenges, implementing effective solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of the YP+ platform.
- Collaborative Communication: Foster open communication within the team and across departments, ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment.
