ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกเบเกอรี่ในการบริหารจัดการในส่วนของการบรรลุเป้าหมายของยอดขายและกำไร ควบคุมสต็อค สินค้า ลดการสูญเสียและค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงาน รักษามาตรฐานและพัฒนาการจัดเรียงสินค้า, การนำเสนอสินค้า,มอบการบริการด้วยมาตรฐานระดับสูงให้กับลูกค้า, ควบคุมประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงานในแผนก และดูแลทรัพย์สินของบริษัทฯ
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิ ม.3 ขึ้นไป กรณีเพศชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Bakery มาโดยตรง
- ลงรายละเอียดในงานที่รับผิดชอบ กล้าคิดกล้านำเสนอเมื่อพบว่าการทำงานมีปัญหาที่ต้องแก้ไข
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ และสามารถเข้างานกะได้
