The Record to Report team (RTR) has key responsibility for financial closing process, management reports, statutory financial statements, corporate income tax calculation and related accounting systems and controls for ICONSIAM and its subsidiaries to ensure correctness, completeness, timeliness and compliance with Thai Accounting Standards and Revenue Code.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the overall accounting activities including monthly/annual financial close process. Review accuracy of accounting transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and compliance with Company’s accounting policy and Thai Accounting Standard
• In charge of financial reporting preparation included (but not limit to) statutory financial statements, BOI reports, financial reports submit to Group reporting and local regulatory requirement
• Review accounting transactions and related account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and reliable against with related supporting documents
• Review Corporate Income Tax ensuring compliance with Revenue codes and timely submission and being focal point to contact and follow up withholding tax refundable with the Revenue Officer
• Perform analysis on statutory financial statement to provide CFO supplementary information to present to Audit Committee/Board of Director
• Provide support in relation to accounting treatment/issue to subordinates and users in other sections in Finance or other departments
• Dealing with auditors, and Revenue Department on finance and accounting related matters
  
• Analyzes business risks, opportunity to improve continuously and make recommendation as they impact the financial results of the company
• Participate in assigned project to provide support or recommendation on accounting related matters.
• Keep abreast of local accounting standards/regulatory developments and evaluate exposure/implication of any changes of these towards the Company’s performance/ KPI/policy to ensure implement those new requirements in the financial reporting process/system to comply with the relevant requirements
• Coach and motivate staff to work efficiently and encourage knowledge sharing environment within team

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 4-5 years in Accounting fieldwork
• Experience in senior position at least 3-5 years
• Audit background (CPA is preferable)
• Good knowledge in Taxation
• Good or Advance in Excel
• English proficiency
