Qualification

• Thai Nationality Only
• 2+ years’ experience in visual merchandising, BA in design is a plus
• Fluent in both Thai and English
• Ability to create 3D perspective visualization is a plus
• High initiative and able to work independently
• Utilize photoshop and all program to effectively communicate design ideas to Sales and Marketing Team, as well as customer.
• Outgoing and lively personality, must be people person
• Can work extended hours or during holidays or weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all visual merchandising design and creativity
• Conceptualize, Create and maintain new and fresh store design ideas on a constant basis.
• Devise, Implement, and execute effective strategies in terms production lead time and budget efficiency
• Ensure that brand identity is projected and presented well according to brand guidelines at all time
• Sourcing materials and display elements such as props and accessories
• Visit Customer stores constantly, on a rotational basis, working with in-store-sales staffs and helping to develop their understanding of appropriate brand presentation with constructive guidelines.
• Maintain and organized, visually appealing and welcoming store environment
• Communicate with customer and acquire store feedback, prepare multiple forms of communication to explain this to both sales and marketing team for their benefit
• Manage furniture allocation and transportation to be used at customer store, pop-ups, and events
• Handle marketing creatives for other marketing related activities such as poster/signage/banner, brand book, social media post, invitation card, including GWP and additional POP, etc.
• This position requires advanced problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
