About the role
ลักษณะงาน
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพของกระบวนการดำเนินงาน (Process) และผลิตภัณฑ์ (Work Product) ที่จัดทำขึ้นในโครงการและส่วนงานต่าง ๆ ในองค์กร
- เป็นที่ปรึกษาและแก้ปัญหาที่พบเกี่ยวกับการนำมาตรฐานขององค์กร (Standard Process) ไปปรับใช้ในการดำเนินงาน
- เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล Measurement ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และวิเคราะห์ผลที่เกิดขึ้นในโครงการ
- กำหนดนโยบายและมาตรฐานในการควบคุมคุณภาพของกระบวนการ (Process) และผลิตภัณฑ์ (Work Product) เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและมาตรฐานขององค์กร
- ดำเนินกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับ Process Improvement ขององค์กร
คุณสมบัติ
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ,วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี ในส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ IT Audit และการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์
