Customs Raters
atUPS SCS Services (Thailand) Limited- Handling and supervising the process of document in compliance with Thai customs and other government regulatory agency requirements.
- Have full understanding on customs process and can assist team to solve the problem.
- Can use Netbay Program for inbound entry system.
- Contact customers to get shipment details and provide accurate tariff code to be entered to customs paperless for customs declaration.
- Monitor and ensure that our subcontractor/agent can fully comply with UPS's requirements and provide guidance to our subcontractor/agent on the handling of complex shipments and ensure that any special handling requirements are complied with.
- Ensure that our subcontractor/agent meets requirements in returning necessary document in timely manner, and error in customs entry is at minimal and that meets our KPI.
- Coordinate with VLM customers, in – house agent, transportation agents and customer.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields
- At least 2 year (5 years for Senior Officer) of experience in customs entry or related fields
- Good communication skills and service-minded
- Computer literate and e-mail communication
- Be able to work at Suvanabhumi Airport, AO 2 Building
