Air Freight Operations Officer

  • Re-check HAWB and MAWB before tendered in E2k.
  • Print HAWB for customs process.
  • Update weight HAWB in E2K for consol docs.
  • Print Tendered Report attached with complete document set.
  • Issuing cover page for Job Sheet, pouch and send documents to Head Office.
  • Image Scan HAWB, Invoice, Packing List in Image Management.
  • Check and updated COB.
  • Rechecked tags before delivery to sub-contractor.
  • Follow up document from subcontractor, then tender MAWB.
  • Scan and forward documents (Invoice, HAWB, MAWB and Sales instruction).
  • Correct and Update HAWB, close expenses for each HAWB.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistic Management or related field
  • At least 1 years working experience in administration tasks, freight forwarding operations knowledge is a plus
  • Computer Literacy for MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook Email
  • Good command of English in written and verbal communication
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Be proactive, detailed and result oriented
  • Able to work as Shift Rotation
  • Able to work at AO2 Office, Free Zone, Suvarnabhum Airport
